The Bards Guild or any persons so appointed by The Bards Guild cannot be held personally liable for any injury or damage to any individual participating in The Bards Guild event. 2. I understand and agree that The Bards Guild reserve the right to refuse admission or participation in any event or part of an event to any individual at any time. The organisers will expel any individual engaged in illegal, defamatory, or dangerous practices during the event. 7. The Bards Guild operate a strict ‘NO CARD, NO EFFECT’ policy. Any and all special items, potions etc. must be disclosed at time of booking. There are no exceptions to this rule. 8. The referees’ decision is final in all disputes. 9. Any cancellations received up to ten days prior to the event will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Any cancellation received after this deadline will NOT be refunded. 10. This event uses Lorien Trust rules V3, which is copyright to the Lorien Trust. The Lorien Trust is not responsible for any incidents at this event. 11 I understand that LRP is a contact hobby and by signing this form I agree to take part in safe combat and be struck by weapons checked by LT approved weapons checkers. 12.
